FAQ

  • Is this allowed under the law?

    Recreational cannabis products can legally be gifted between adults aged 21 or older and consumed on private property. IDs are verified to ensure that only guests over the age of 21 are served.


  • Is there a limit to how much cannabis I can have at a party/event?

    If you are 21 or older in New Jersey, you can legally possess up to 6 ounces of cannabis. The law allows individuals to purchase the following quantities:  


    - 1 ounce (28 grams)of dried cannabis  

    - 4 grams of solid cannabis concentrates or resin.

    - 4 grams of vaporized formulations  

    - 1,000 mg of ingestible cannabis-infused products (e.g., 10 packages of 100 mg gummies)  


    New Jersey also permits adults to gift up to 1 ounce of cannabis to another adult aged 21 or older. However, it is prohibited to accept any form of payment or compensation for gifted cannabis.


  • Can I provide alcoholic beverages at my event?

    Yes, alcohol and cannabis can be served at a private, invitation-only event at a home or venue.

  • Do we need to be cautious about guests over consuming?

    We focus on educating guests and moderating consumption to proactively prevent any issues.
